KYIV. Dec 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ribas Hotels Group and NUMO Development entered into a memorandum on the joint construction of the Melis apart-hotel with 300 rooms in the village of Yablunytsia near Bukovel (Ivano-Frankivsk region).
“It was no coincidence that we chose Ivano-Frankivsk region for building an apart-hotel. According to our data, in peak months there is quite a high occupancy of the hotel rooms. Despite the war, the region is actively developing and is in demand among tourists in all seasons. We also see active development of the necessary infrastructure,” Artur Lupashko, the founder of Ribas Hotels Group, said, commenting on the plans, whose words are quoted in the press release.
According to the report, the project was developed by the Cosmos.in architectural and construction company. The hotel complex will have 300 rooms. It will be equipped with two restaurants, a conference room for 50 seats, co-working space, a spa complex and a swimming pool. In addition, it is planned to build a waste sorting station.
Construction of the complex is expected to finish in 2026.
