By KYIV. Dec 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On Wednesday, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy awarded the rank of brigadier general to three Ukrainian servicemen by decrees.
The relevant decrees 807/2023, 808/2023 and 809/2023 are published on the website of the President’s Office.
In particular, the military rank of brigadier General was awarded to Colonel V.A. Labunets (Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander of the Skhid Air Command of the AFU Air Forces), Colonel S.I. Riabko (Deputy Commander of the Zakhid Air Command of the AFU Air Forces), Colonel A.G. Saliy (Head of the Institute of Aviation and Air Defense of the National Defense University of Ukraine).
