By KYIV. Dec 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The defense of the Ukrainian state is currently a priority issue for all authorities in Ukraine, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed during a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities in Lviv.
“Life of the state, life of any society, life of every person is the same life of Ukraine – life that we must protect and must protect from Russian aggression. And if someone in any position, either in the state or in local governments, for some reason believes that the war is somewhere out there, and he can allegedly do anything else – let’s say, a priority issue, then this is a big mistake that needs to be corrected. The main task is the defense of our state,” Zelenskyy wrote on Telegram on Friday.
