Occupiers increase number of airstrikes, use of kamikaze drones in Tavria direction – Shtupun

KYIV. Dec 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – In Tavria direction, the Russian occupiers have increased the number of airstrikes, as well as the use of kamikaze drones, almost 100 cases of their use have been recorded, Speaker of the United press center of Tavria Defense Forces Oleksandr Shtupun said.

“The Russian occupiers have increased the number of airstrikes, and the use of kamikaze drones has also doubled compared to the previous day, to almost a hundred,” Shtupun said during a telethon on Thursday morning.

The enemy concentrated his main efforts on conducting offensive and assault operations in Avdiivka, Mariinka and Zaporizhia directions. In addition, the occupiers continue active infantry attacks with the support of a very significant number of armored vehicles.

Shtupun said over the past 24 hours in Tavria direction the enemy carried out 18 airstrikes, conducted 38 military clashes, and carried out 985 artillery attacks.

At the same time, about 20 occupiers surrendered, and the enemy’s losses in wounded and killed amounted to 488 people and 105 units of military equipment, in particular 18 tanks, 28 armored vehicles, 13 artillery systems, 23 UAVs, 16 vehicles, seven units of special equipment.
