By KYIV. Oct 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Critical infrastructure was damaged in Chernivtsi region as a result of missile attacks on Monday morning, Head of the regional military administration Ruslan Zaparaniuk has said.
"In Chernivtsi region, there is damage to critical infrastructure as a result of missile attacks by rashists. In no case do not photograph the places of explosions. Wait for official information," he said on the Telegram channel.
