By KYIV. Oct 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The world should recognize Russia as a terrorist state, just as PACE and a number of European countries have already done, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said.
“russia continues to launch missile&drone attacks on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine. They are not shy to be a de facto terrorist state. It’s time the world assigns a proper legal status for them and treats russia accordingly, as Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, poland and PACE did,” Reznikov said on Twitter.
