KHARKIV. Nov 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Over the past 24 hours, Russian occupation forces have been shelling settlements in Kharkiv region located near the contact line and the border with Russia, as a result, there are wounded among the civilian population, including children, Head of the regional military administration Oleh Synehubov has said.
"According to updated data from the regional Center for Emergency Medical Assistance, last day in the village of Petropavlivka, Kupiansky district, a 25-year-old mother and two children, a four-year-old boy and a six-year-old girl, were injured as a result of Russian shelling. The mother’s condition is assessed as average, the children in serious condition," Synehubov said on his Telegram channel.
In addition, two men (76 and 62 years old) were hospitalized with wounds in Kupiansky district. In Chuhuivsky district, a 70-year-old man was injured and hospitalized.
Synehubov said the mine danger in the de-occupied territories remains high. So, on Tuesday near with Lyptsi, Kharkiv region, a 73-year-old man was blown up by a mine and injured.
