UN Security Council doesn't adopt Russian draft resolution on commission to investigate 'military biological activities' in Ukraine

KYIV. Nov 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Members of the UN Security Council on Wednesday did not adopt a draft resolution of Russia on the establishment of a commission to investigate "military biological activities" in Ukraine, the results of the vote show.

The draft resolution did not get the required nine votes out of 15. Russia and China voted "for" the document. The United States, Great Britain and France voted "against," other member countries abstained.
