KYIV. Nov 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – As of November 3, the number of children killed as a result of the Russian armed aggression against Ukraine has not changed, the number of injured has increased – more than 826 children, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) said.
"More than 1,255 children suffered in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of Russia. As of the morning of November 3, 2022, the official number of child victims per day has not changed some 430. The number of injured has increased, over 826. The most affected children in Donetsk region, some 420, in Kharkiv some 263, in Kyiv some 116, in Mykolaiv some 77, in Zaporizhia some 70, in Chernihiv some 68, in Luhansk some 64, in Kherson some 58, in Dnipropetrovsk some 31," the PGO said on the Telegram channel.
These figures are not final, since work is underway to establish them in places of active hostilities, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories.
A 14-year-old boy was wounded as a result of enemy shelling of the town of Izium, Kharkiv region, on November 1.
Due to the bombing and shelling of the Russian armed forces, some 2,719 educational institutions were damaged, while 332 of them were completely destroyed.
