By KYIV. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – In Kropyvnytsky district, two "arrivals" have been recorded, there were no victims for infrastructure facilities, said head of Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration Andriy Raikovych.
"Enemy missile strikes haven’t bypassed us either. Two arrivals have been recorded into energy infrastructure facilities in Kropyvnytsky district. There are no victims!" he wrote on the Telegram channel.
