Most of Russian hits fall on center, north of Ukraine – Kyrylo Tymoshenko

KYIV. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russian occupiers launched another planned strike on Ukrainian energy infrastructure facilities, most hits were recorded in the center and north of the country, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the President’s Office of Ukraine, said.

"The situation is critical. The situation in the capital is very difficult, special emergency power outage schedules are being introduced. Ukrenergo is forced to start emergency power outages to balance the power system and avoid equipment failures. Stabilization schedules are not yet in effect," Tymoshenko wrote on Telegram.

In this regard, he urged Ukrainians to consume electricity moderately.
