By BRUSSELS. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will take part in a meeting of countries in the Ramstein format, which will be held on Wednesday, November 16.
This was announced by the NATO headquarters on Tuesday.
The press release says that the meeting is hosted in the virtual format by the U.S. Secretary of Defense, Mr. Lloyd J. Austin III and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley.
Earlier, Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh said that the seventh meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine will be held virtually at the Pentagon, and “will allow for the Secretary and ministers of defense from nearly 50 countries to discuss efforts to supply Ukraine with the means to defend its sovereignty from further Russian aggression.”
