By KYIV. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – With missile strikes on civilian infrastructure, "Russia demonstrates disrespect for international law and the civilized world," Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the President’s Office, said during a telethon on Tuesday.
According to him, they show the participants of the G-20 summit that "you say something there, and we will show what Russia is."
"Lavrov says that the West is waging a hybrid war in Ukraine, and today they are hitting civilians with missiles. ‘We are killing civilians, let’s talk to us, as if they would say," Podoliak said.
