By KYIV. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmyhal notes that the Russian Federation, with missile strikes on Ukrainian territory on Tuesday, demonstrated its attitude towards any negotiations.
"The Russian terrorists have once again shown their so-called willingness to negotiate today. Another massive missile attack during G20 Summit. Residential buildings were hit. They are trying to destroy energy infrastructure. For Russia, punishment for crimes will be inevitable," Shmyhal said on Twitter.
