Strengthening of infrastructure protection discussed at meeting of Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters

KYIV. Nov 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has held a regular meeting of the Supreme Commander’s Headquarters on Wednesday, the press service of the President’s Office has reported.

“The parties analyzed information on the nature of damage caused by recent Russian missile strikes and considered the course of action to eliminate the consequences of these terrorist attacks. Strengthening the protection of critical infrastructure facilities and increasing the effectiveness of the air defense of Ukraine were also discussed,” the message reads.

In addition, the members of the Staff considered forecasts regarding the development of the operational situation at the front, taking into account changes in the southern direction. Decisions were made in the context of further de-occupation of Ukrainian territories. The rates and volumes of repair of equipment and weapons and provision of the troops with everything necessary for the winter period were analyzed separately.
