By KHARKIV. Nov 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Russian occupation forces shelled Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, at the moment when Ukrainian forcers were exhuming the body of a woman, who was killed during an enemy shelling on September 15.
"During the investigative actions, the occupiers started to shell Kupiansk. A shell hit the territory of a private house, its 76-year-old owner was killed – she was decapitated. In addition, a law enforcer suffered shrapnel wounds," the press service of Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office said.
Kupiansk District Prosecutor’s Office launched pre-trial investigations into the cases of violation of laws and customs of war and premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
