As result of Russia's aggression in Ukraine, 440 children killed, 852 wounded – PGO

KYIV. Nov 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – As of November 30, the number of children killed due to Russia’s armed aggression has not changed, namely 440, the number of injured has increased, some 852, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) said.

"More than 1,292 children suffered in Ukraine as a result of Russia’s full-scale armed aggression. As of the morning of November 30, 2022, the official number of child victims per day has not changed some 440. The number of injured has increased some 852. The most affected children in Donetsk region some 424, Kharkiv some 266, Kyiv some 117, Mykolaiv some 77, Zaporizhia some 76, Kherson some 70, Chernihiv some 68, Luhansk some 64, Dnipropetrovsk some 33," the PGO said on the Telegram channel.

These figures are not final, since work is underway to establish them in places of active hostilities, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories.

On November 29, as a result of enemy rocket attacks on the town of Bakhmut, Donetsk region, a five-year-old boy was injured.

As a result of bombing and shelling by Russia’s armed forces, some 2,719 educational institutions were damaged, some 332 of them were completely destroyed.
