By KYIV. Nov 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Italian government will continue to provide all possible support to Ukraine, Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said.
"Today in Bucharest excellent meeting with Dmytro Kuleba. Italian government will continue to offer all possible support to Ukraine, including with the Department of Civil Protection. Italy wants just peace that respects independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. There can be no peace without justice," Tajani said on Twitter on Wednesday.
In turn, Kuleba announced that he had received assurances that Italian defense assistance to Ukraine would continue.
"I met with Antonio Tajani to discuss how Italy can help Ukraine withstand winter and aggression. Grateful for reaffirming that Italy’s defense assistance to Ukraine will continue and the Italian parliament will greenlight relevant decision. Ukraine appreciates Italy’s support," Kuleba said.
