Nov 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleh Nikolaenko, commenting on media reports about Russia’s recruitment of mercenaries in Africa for military operations in Ukraine, has said that it was time for all African countries to tell Moscow that the war must stop.
“Media reports that Russia is recruiting mercenaries in Africa to fight in Ukraine. Those who don’t die on the battlefield could return home to commit more violence. Russia creates a time bomb against African people. Time for all African nations to tell Moscow the war must stop,” he said on Twitter.
