By KYIV. Dec 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has met in Kyiv with British traveler, TV presenter and writer Bear Grylls and thanked him for his visit to Ukraine.
“Bear Grylls, thank you for this visit to Ukraine! It is important to make the world hear the truth about the struggle of Ukrainians for their freedom and democracy, about the missile terror of the aggressor against our people,” he said on Telegram Thursday.
The message is illustrated by several joint photos of the head of the Ukrainian state and the British TV presenter on the streets of Kyiv.
Grylls is the host of the TV program Survive at any cost and the author of the book Never Give Up. In the TV program, which has been released since 2006, he lands in wild places and shows viewers how to survive. During the expeditions, Grylls raises money for charities.
