Some 443 children killed amid Russia’s aggression in Ukraine – PGO

KYIV. Dec 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – As of the morning of December 3, more than 1,925 children were injured in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) reports.

"According to the official information of juvenile prosecutors, 443 children have been killed and more than 852 injured," the report says.

These figures are not final, as work is underway to establish them in the places of active hostilities, in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories.

Children were most affected in such regions as: Donetsk – 424, Kharkiv – 267, Kyiv – 117, Mykolaiv – 77, Zaporizhia – 76, Kherson – 70, Chernihiv – 68, Luhansk – 65, and Dnepropetrovsk – 33.

It became known that in April, a 10-year-old boy died due to the shelling of Popasna. It also became known about the death of a 17-year-old girl in the village of Kozacha Lopan in May.
