By KYIV. Dec 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Over the current day, missile and artillery units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit three areas of concentration of personnel, a command post and an ammunition depot of the occupiers, according to the informational update on the Russian invasion as of 18.00 Friday, published on Facebook by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
As noted in the report, the enemy continues to strengthen the defense line on the border of Kherson region and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. It also strengthens the defense and protection of water supply facilities in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, in particular, the North Crimean Canal. For this purpose, units mobilized from Krasnodar territory were additionally sent.
