By KYIV. Dec 17 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been going on for almost 300 days, while the Ukrainian people continue to defend themselves, and the Russian Federation continues to lose, British Ambassador to Ukraine Melinda Simmons has said.
"Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has been going on for nearly 300 days. Ukraine keeps on defending itself and Russia keeps on failing to win. Yep, I think that’s a fair enough summary of this year," the ambassador said on Twitter on Saturday.
