KYIV. May 12 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Bucha community is considering the creation of the Bucha Techno Garden industrial park, which includes transport, logistics, medical clusters, a technology park, as well as resort and sanitary and residential development, the press service of Bucha City Council has reported.

"The territory of priority development covers the existing Mirotske industrial park, Antonov international airport, investment-attractive territories of other settlements, which are planned to be divided into clusters," Bucha Mayor Anatoliy Fedoruk is quoted in the report.

Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksiy Chernyshov and founder of the UFuture investment holding Vasyl Khmelnytsky also took part in the discussion of the project implementation.

At the same time, Khmelnytsky specified on Facebook on Thursday that manufacturing companies from Kyiv region could move to this industrial park.

"There are many industries in Kyiv region that are now destroyed due to the war. But there are entrepreneurs who do not want to move abroad or relocate their business. They asked me for advice on what needs to be done to quickly rebuild production," he wrote.

According to the founder of the investment holding, if these enterprises decide to stay in Bucha, this will help save jobs and wages.

"This will allow people to stay in the country and live with dignity. After some time, we will offer solutions for foreign investors so that they also join the restoration of Bucha," Khmelnytsky added.

As reported, the founder of UFuture, Vasyl Khmelnytsky, is considering the creation of an industrial park on the territory of the Syhnivka industrial zone in Lviv for the relocation of Ukrainian enterprises.
