By KHARKIV. Dec 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A regional office of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War (POWs) has been opened in Kharkiv on Friday, Head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleh Syniehubov has said.
"We have opened a regional office of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of POWs – the Consulting Center of the Eastern Region. These are Kharkiv, Poltava, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk regions. The center will provide all possible assistance to the families of captives and those who went missing on legal and procedural issues, state social obligations and psychological support," he said on the Telegram channel.
According to the official, nine applications were submitted on the first day of work of the office.
Syniehubov stressed that the consulting center provides all services free of charge.
