Moldova simplifies rules for entry into country for Ukrainians

KYIV. Dec 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Moldovan National Commission for Emergency Situations has simplified the rules for entry into the country for Ukrainians, according to the Moldovan edition Newsmaker.

It is noted that the simplification will have an impact on the entry procedure for Ukrainians, who will now be able to enter Moldova through the Moldovan-Romanian border and the Chisinau airport on the basis of an ID card, an internal passport, as well as other identity documents.

This decision of the National Commission complements the decision on the procedure for the entry of Ukrainian citizens, adopted on February 24, which allowed Ukrainians entering Moldova from the territory of Ukraine to enter the country under a simplified procedure.

It is specified that on the basis of the same documents, Ukrainians will also be able to leave Moldova for Ukraine.
