By KYIV. Dec 24 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal thanked Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi and all members of Congress for providing Ukraine with $45 billion in aid.
"The House of Representatives has followed the Senate in approving the budget bill that earmarks nearly $45 billion for aid to Ukraine. We thank Nancy Pelosi and all members of U.S. Congress for their strong support for Ukraine," Shmyhal said on Twitter on Friday evening.
