By KYIV. Dec 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Production of Iskander, Kalibr and Kh-101 missiles in Russia is working, but the use of missiles outstrips their production at enterprises, Yuriy Ihnat, spokesman for the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has said.
"The [missile] industry, unfortunately, works. The same Iskander, Kalibr and Kh-101, and these are the missiles that mainly threaten at long distances and are high-precision weapons, in fact, the industry is still producing these missiles. Yes, they cannot produce them at the pace that the occupiers are launching them. That is, the use of missiles is not comparable with their production at enterprises. That is why the number of possible missile attacks is declining," Ihnat said on the air of the telethon on Monday.
At the same time, he stressed that "one should not relax, since Russia still has a powerful potential, military aviation."
