By KYIV. Dec 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Since the beginning of August and as of the end of December 2022, 15.5 million tonnes of grain have already been exported from Ukrainian ports to 38 countries of the world, the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has reported.
During the specified period, border guards have already examined about 600 vessels participating in the grain initiative for the export of food from Ukrainian ports.
"Marine Guard servicemen carefully inspect each vessel to detect weapons and ammunition, explosive devices and dangerous substances. At the same time, they check the conformity of crew members and ship documents," the State Border Guard Service said.
