Occupiers launch two air, two missile strikes against Ukraine, mounts ten attacks from MLRS in past 24 hours – AFU General Staff

KYIV. Dec 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Russian occupation forces launched two air and two missiles strikes against the territory of Ukraine, as well as mounted more than ten attacks from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) in the past 24 hours, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) has said on Facebook in the updates on the Russian invasion of Ukraine as of 18:00 on Wednesday.

"The enemy continue the offensive in Bakhmut and Avdiyivka directions and is trying to improve its tactical position in Lyman directions. The enemy is defending in other directions," it said.

In Volyn, Polissia, Siversky, and Slobozhansky directions, the situation is stable, no signs of forming offensive groups by the occupation forces were observed.

In Slobozhansky, Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Zaporizhia, and Kherson directions, the enemy mounted artillery attacks to terrorize local civilians.
