Occupiers forbid residents of villages near Tokmak to go outside until Jan 8 – Melitopol Mayor

KYIV. Jan 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Russian occupation forces forbade free movement of local residents in the temporarily occupied districts of Zaporizhia region and obliged them to receive permits from occupation commandant’s office for leaving their settlements, Mayor of temporarily occupied Melitopol Ivan Fedorov has said.

"The occupiers demand personal data and ownership documents for car," he said on the Telegram channel on Wednesday morning.

According to the official, "curfew days" have been announced in some villages near temporarily occupied Tokmak – the local residents are not allowed to go outside until January 8. The same restrictions will be introduced in Tokmak from the evening of January 6, he said.
