Yermak discusses with Sullivan further coordination on ensuring Ukraine's energy security

KYIV. Jan 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Andriy Yermak, Head of the President’s Office, had a telephone conversation with U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, during which he discussed further coordination on ensuring Ukraine’s energy security.

According to the press service of the President of Ukraine, Yermak also informed his interlocutor about the current situation at the front and possible actions of the enemy in the coming months.

In addition, he stressed the importance of continued effective support from partners for Ukraine in meeting defense needs in order to adequately respond to future challenges.

Andriy Yermak also recalled the words of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky following his meeting with President Joseph Biden in Washington, D.C., on the importance of creating an effective air shield for Ukraine. After all, by destroying the energy system of our state with missiles and kamikaze drones, Russia seeks to use cold as a weapon of mass destruction against civilians.
