Jan 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russia represented by President Vladimir Putin under the word "talks" proposes Ukraine and the world to recognize its right to seize foreign territories and commit mass killings on the foreign territory without any legal consequences, Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podoliak has said, emphasizing that it is fully unacceptable.
"Russia (Putin) under the word ‘talks’ offers Ukraine and the world to recognize ‘its right to seize foreign territories’ and ‘to fix the absence of legal consequences for mass killings on foreign territory.’ It’s fully unacceptable," he said on Twitter on Thursday.
