By KYIV. Jan 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – United States President Joseph Biden has said on Thursday that the instruction of Russian President Vladimir Putin to introduce a ceasefire in Ukraine on Christmas is an attempt to take a rest in the hostilities waged by Russia, the AFP News Agency reported.
Biden emphasized that Putin was ready to bomb hospitals, kindergartens and churches on December 25 and New Year.
"I think he’s trying to find some oxygen," the U.S. president said.
