KYIV. May 11 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba and his Costa Rican counterpart Arnoldo Tinoco have discussed the role of Costa Rica in the implementation of the Ukrainian peace formula.
“Costa Rica is Ukraine’s reliable partner in the Caribbean. I thanked my friend Arnoldo Tinoco for standing by principles of international law and joining the Special Tribunal’s Core Group. We also discussed Costa Rica’s role in putting [Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelenskyy’s Peace Formula into action,” Kuleba said on Twitter.
Earlier, the Ukrainian minister said that he has gone on a visit to Guatemala. At the invitation of his Guatemalan colleague Mario Bucaro Flores, Kuleba will take part in the Council of Ministers of the Association of Caribbean States (ACD) and make a bilateral visit.
