KHARKIV. Nov 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – According to preliminary data, the night enemy strike on Kharkiv was carried out by four Shahed-type kamikaze UAVs, head of the regional military administration Oleh Synehubov said.
“Two garages, four cars and an outbuilding were damaged. An educational institution was partially destroyed. A service station building, an inactive sewing shop and a residential building were also damaged. Fires occurred. Eight Kharkiv residents came to doctors with an acute reaction to stress, including two children. They received help on the spot. No one was injured,” Synehubov wrote on his Telegram channel.
The Prosecutor General’s Office clarified that all eight victims had an acute reaction to stress. “There are two children among them: a 10-year-old boy and a 2.5-year-old girl. Everyone received help on the spot,” the department said in a Telegram message.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, three drone hits were recorded in Osnoviansky district of Kharkiv. There, garages, residential buildings and cars were damaged, and an educational institution was also partially destroyed.
Synehubov reported that on the night of November 3, the village of Korotych also came under enemy fire. As a result, two non-residential buildings were damaged and fires occurred.
“Preliminary shelling was carried out by five UAVs. During inspections of the scene, fragments of Geran-2 drones were found,” the Prosecutor General’s Office said.
Prosecutors collected evidence and documented the impact of the strikes. Under the procedural leadership of the Shevchenkivsky and Slobidsky district prosecutor’s offices of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region prosecutor’s office, pretrial investigations have been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
