KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russian occupiers are taking out looted property and stolen cars from the temporarily occupied Severodonetsk (Luhansk region) under cover and accompanied by representatives of the so-called occupation "state security bodies," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Wednesday.
