AFU General Staff: Russian invaders continue to forcibly move civilian population of temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region

KYIV. Nov 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russian invaders continue the forced displacement of civilians in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Tuesday.

"The enemy resorts to intimidating civilians, spreading information about the possible undermining of the dam of the Kakhovska HPP. At the same time, the local population is deprived of means of communication," the report says.

It clarifies that the Russian occupation administration of Kherson has been moved to the town of Skadovsk.

In addition, the General Staff reports that the occupation command is trying to compensate for the constant losses of personnel in enemy units directly involved in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine with mobilized servicemen.

"With those who refuse to participate in hostilities, the so-called ‘work’ is carried out by the FSB of the Russian Federation," the department summed up.
