Dec 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) confirmed the execution of two Ukrainian prisoners of war, shown in a video published in the media on Saturday, December 2, the Strategic Communications Department said on its Telegram channel.
“According to confirmed information, the Russian occupiers once again shot unarmed soldiers,” the department said.
Speaker of the joint press center of Tavria Defense Forces, Colonel Oleksandr Shtupun recalled that “such crimes have no statute of limitations, all evidence will be transferred to the relevant international institutions that deal with war crimes.”
“We call on the international community to condemn Russia’s actions and bring the military leadership of the aggressor state to justice,” the department said.
