Air defense eliminates 28 out of 31 enemy UAVs, two Air Force missiles

KYIV. Dec 25 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ukrainian air defense eliminated 28 out of 31 enemy UAVs within three southern, eastern and western regions, as well as two missiles, according to the Air Force.

“The forces and means of the Air Forces and the Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed 28 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs within Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, Kirovohrad and Khmelnytsky regions,” the report says.

It is noted that on the night of December 25, the enemy attacked 31 attack UAVs of the Shahed type from the areas of Chauda, Balaklava – Crimea and two aviation missiles.

The enemy also used an X-59 guided aviation missile in Zaporizhia direction and an X-31P anti-radar missile from the Black Sea.

“Both were destroyed!” the Air Force noted.

The Air Force also informs that one enemy Su-34 was shot down in Donetsk region, the second Su-30SM was shot down over the Black Sea.
