YEREVAN. Nov 29 (Interfax) – Levon Ayvazyan, the head of the Armenian Defense Ministry’s defense policy and international cooperation department, and David Morgan, the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defense Policy Director for Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, have signed a program of Armenia-UK defense cooperation for 2023-2024.
The document was signed at the sixth Armenian-British defense strategic consultations held in London, the Armenian Defense Ministry’s press service said.
The consultations addressed the course and prospects of development of bilateral defense cooperation. The sides stated the considerable potential for cooperation in a number of new areas and reached agreements, the ministry said.
