By KYIV. Jan 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On New Year’s Eve, Russian invaders shelled Kherson, as a result of which one person died and another was injured in the city, Deputy Head of the President’s Office of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko said.
"The invaders did not stop hitting the city on New Year’s Eve. As a result of another Russian shelling, one person was killed, one was wounded," Tymoshenko said in a Telegram on Sunday.
He said the buildings of the regional children’s hospital were damaged as a result of shelling.
"About seven arrivals were recorded, more than 700 windows were smashed. The information is being specified," Tymoshenko said.
