By KYIV. Dec 13 (Interfax-Ukraine) – U.S. President Joe Biden wants Ukraine to win the war.
He said in Washington on Tuesday at a press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that their goal for Ukraine to be a sovereign, strong state that can defend itself, deter aggression, and counteract it in the future.
