BRUSSELS. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Head of EU diplomacy Josep Borrell proposed including more than 120 individuals and legal entities on Russia sanctions lists as part of the 12th package of anti-Russian measures, the European External Action Service (EMS) reports.

“The High Representative proposes to sanction over 120 additional individuals and entities for their role in undermining sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine,” the service said in the statement.
