By KYIV. Oct 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Fragments of enemy missiles hit the territory of Khmelnytsky region, there is a destruction of a civilian facility, no casualties were reported, Head of the regional military administration Serhiy Hamaliy said.
"There is a fall of fragments of missiles in the region. There is a destruction of a civilian facility. According to preliminary information, there are no victims. The special services and the State Emergency Service are working. Details later," he said in the Telegram channel.
