KYIV. Dec 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CC) has announced a break in the consideration of the case on the constitutionality of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the stay of the Russian Black Sea Fleet on the territory of Ukraine.
“The court has announced a break in the consideration of the case on the constitutionality of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the stay of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine,” the Constitutional Court said on its official website.
As reported, on December 5, 2023, at the open part of the plenary session in the form of written proceedings, the Grand Chamber continued to consider the case on the constitutional appeal of 49 Ukrainian deputies for the provision of an opinion on the constitutionality of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the stay of the Russian Black Sea Fleet on the territory of Ukraine dated April 21, 2010, ratified by the Law of Ukraine “On Ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the issues of the presence of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine.”
