KHARKIV. Oct 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Defense Council of Kharkiv Region decided to announce the forced evacuation of families with children from the Kupiansk, Kindrashivka and Kurylivka communities of Kupiansk district, which are under constant enemy fire, head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov said.
In particular, families with children from the following settlements are subject to evacuation: Kindrashivka, Tyschenkivka, Kupiansk, Kupiansk-Vuzlovy, Kivsharivka, Hlushkivka, village Kolisnykivka, Kurylivka, Novoosynove, and Podoly. Currently, there are 275 children in these settlements,” Synehubov wrote on his Telegram channel.
He noted that according to the decision of the Defense Council, children will be prohibited from entering these communities.
In addition, Synehubov emphasized that children can be evacuated necessarily with at least one parent or a second guardian.
“We provide all evacuees with housing and support from international humanitarian organizations. We call on all residents of these communities to be as responsible as possible for their lives and the lives of their children,” the head of the regional administration wrote.
