KYIV. Nov 13 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Danish Ministry of Immigration and Integration has decided to extend the residence permits of Ukrainians who are in the country under temporary protection until March 17, 2025, according to the website of the Ministry for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine with reference to the portal of the Danish Immigration Service for foreigners.
“Until March next year, the department plans to check the cases of Ukrainians who have received a residence permit. If they continue to meet the conditions of temporary protection, they will be continued automatically. The corresponding card will be sent by mail. Ukrainians will not need to re-provide their biometric data: photographs and fingerprints fingers,” the ministry said.

The Danish government adopted the law “On temporary residence certificates for persons displaced from Ukraine” which Ukrainian asylum seekers will legalize their stay in the country and receive a number of social rights in March 2022.
