KYIV. Sept 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Another eleven children, who had been illegally removed by the Russian occupation forces, have returned to Kherson region.
“This event was preceded by the painstaking work of many services. These are the Office of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, the Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, the Save Ukraine organization, the Ukrainian Child Rights Network, and many others,” Kherson Regional Military Administration said on the Telegram channel on Friday.
The Russian occupiers illegally forced the children to stay in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region. Among them, there are six children who are deprived of parental care. Five of them have families. The oldest of them is 16 while the junior child is 2 years old.
