By KYIV. Nov 22 (Interfax-Ukraine) – In Kyiv, after another Russian shelling, emergency blackouts are being introduced, YASNO CEO Serhiy Kovalenko said on Facebook.
"From 12:46 an air raid alert was announced in Kyiv, after which several explosions were recorded," he said
The administration confirmed the hit in one of the infrastructure facilities.
